☕🌞 Good morning and welcome to the first day of the rest of our lives in Residential Real Estate with Buyer-Broker Compensation fields being deleted 🚫 (decoupling of commissions nationwide). Contact me for further details.
In addition, all buyer agents will need to work with the employment agreement (must be signed) prior to showing their clients any home; many of us REALTORS® already leverage that agreement.
📣 BIG CHANGES beginning today with our Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) and for the rest of the country by the 17th of August 2024.
