Enter Contract, Negotiate Inspection & Appraisal Results and Close Escrow

Go Under Contract: After accepting an offer, your home goes under contract and escrow is opened. During this phase, all parties finalize the terms of the agreement, including contingencies, timelines, and responsibilities before moving forward.

Negotiate Inspection Results: Once the home inspection is complete, review the findings with your agent. If issues are uncovered, negotiate with the buyer to address repairs, offer credits, or adjust the price as needed to maintain a smooth transaction.

Once all paperwork is signed and funds are transferred, the transaction is complete, and ownership is officially transferred.
