📣 The Buyer-Broker Commission % – helpfully displayed today within all Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems nationwide – will be 🚫 deleted, including from our Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS) on the 1st of August 2024.
 
📲 Give me a jingle if you have any questions about the upcoming changes pertaining to the decoupling of commissions. 🤔 We expect there to be substantial confusion amongst our customers and clients, which is why we're looking forward to educating you now, as well as after the implemented changes in August. 🎯
 
AAR forms are expected to be published August 1.
✅ Concessions will remain as closing fields.
✅ Open Houses are not considered showings.
✅ Commission fields will be removed on August 1.
✅ Concessions are still allowed in public remarks.
✅ Practice changes and rules apply to all MLS subscribers.
