When I started my real estate business in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (2014) I was determined to take the fiduciary duties for my clients to a higher level, and to broaden my expertise through the passion I have for sincere, professional service offerings, as well as through continued education. Learning and development have been my key focus areas since 1992 when I went to work for Andersen Consulting (today's Accenture) in Sulzbach (Taunus), Germany. In addition to the yearly continued education requirements for both Arizona and Utah – where I hold my real estate licenses – I choose to enhance my knowledge and skillset with additional learning opportunities, certifications, and designations. I also focus on keeping up to date with changes in the markets I focus on, as well as the general direction the country is going, homeowner financing options and updates, and market trends. 📣 Jason Peterson REALTOR® is your eXp Certified Mentor 🏅 The Mentor Program at eXp Realty provides newly licensed agents with a partner and a path to gain the fundamental knowledge needed to start and build a successful real estate career. Each new agent, known as the mentee, is paired with an experienced agent like Jason Peterson who has been certified through the Mentor Program. This pairing occurs shortly after a new agent’s license is transferred to eXp Realty. Members of the Mentor Program team pair mentees with mentors who share their geographic area.   Certified Mentors must demonstrate proficiency in the field of real estate and be approved by the State Broker Team. The mentor’s objective is to provide guidance in a practical, hands-on way, and to lead new eXp agents through each step of the process for their first required transactions.   Mentees will also be enrolled in an 8-week rolling course called the GO!
