I passionately serve my clients and colleagues as an experienced, serious, and sincere Real Estate Professional - REALTOR®, servicing all of Metro Phoenix – the Valley of the Sun (also licensed in Utah).

1969-1988: Born and raised in northern Utah; blessed to have loving parents and 7 siblings.

1988-1989: Served a mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina where I learned Spanish.

1990-1991: Lived and worked in Salt Lake City and Park City, Utah (visited Germany for the first time).

1991: Chance of a lifetime – moved to Germany (my dream) – began my life in Frankfurt am Main.

1991: Worked at the Frankfurt Marriott Hotel as Night Auditor, General Cashier, and Accounts Payable Clerk.

1992-2013: Began 20+ year career at Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting) in Germany. Focused on financial management accounting, client accounting, learning and development, change management, systems, sites, and tools.

2014: Began dream career as an independent real estate professional with RE/MAX in Bad Soden am Taunus, Germany.

2017: Built my own successful real estate practice by the name of “LinDion Immobilien” in Frankfurt. The company was named in honor of my parents: Lin = Linden (Father) and Dion = Diane (Mother). Sold 48 properties and rented an additional 38 properties. Brought in 152 clients with a contractual value of $16,980,000.

2017: Fell in love with Phoenix, Arizona – inspired by my grandparents who spent many winter months in the Valley of the Sun – decided to slowly, but surely relocate to Phoenix with my spouse from Bavaria, Germany.

2019: After many personal deliberations, my spouse and I finalized our move to Phoenix, Arizona. LinDion Immobilien in Frankfurt was closed to direct permanent focus on the Metro Phoenix real estate market.

2019: Successfully obtained licensure for the state of Arizona as a Real Estate Salesperson from the Arizona Department of Real Estate and began my career in Metro Phoenix as a REALTOR® Sales Associate, brokered today by eXp Realty.

2022: Added Utah to my service offering(s) by obtaining my Real Estate Agent license from the Utah Division of Real Estate.
